These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

2. Using this site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape or republish its content without our permission. We may suspend or close an account, or cancel an order, where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

3. Products and availability

We make every effort to describe products accurately, including style codes, colourways and condition. Product photographs are supplied by the manufacturer or our suppliers and colours can appear differently depending on your screen. Stock levels change constantly; an item in your basket is not reserved until checkout is complete.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount we are running at the time. Prices, and the products available, can change without notice. Where a price has been displayed incorrectly we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where an item has sold out, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and are set out on our Shipping Information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us first so we can give you return instructions. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in a resalable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

8. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics and code are owned by us or our licensors. Product names, brands and logos are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
