How do I know the items are authentic?

Every product is sourced through our retail and distribution network and inspected before it ships. We do not sell replicas, and we do not sell seconds.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that, and international delivery 7–21 business days depending on the destination. See Shipping Information.

How do I track my order?

You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking details as soon as it ships. If tracking has not updated in five business days, contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it — email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it is with the carrier, use the returns process described below.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us first so we can send you the return instructions.

What if the item does not fit?

Sizing varies between brands and models. Check the size information on the product page, and if you are between sizes contact us before ordering — we would rather answer a question than process a return.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major card networks plus the digital wallets shown in our site footer. Payment is taken in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery; those charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
